  • You need a deep open pot.
  • Melt a half slice of butter over a medium flame.
  • Add powder Milk and cook for about 2-3 minutes stir continuously until the paste cooks and bubbles a bit, but don't let it brown.
  • Completely turn off the flame and pour one cup (first amount of milk) of milk and stir it slightly by using a whisk. Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Then pour the remaining milk and stir it at medium flame and whisk continuously until the sauce thickness slightly.
  • For taste and fragrance, season with ground black paper, salt, and nutmeg powder.
  • Continue whisk for about 2 minutes and cook over medium flame until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
  • Pour the white sauce into a large bowl and the Bechamel Sauce is ready to be used.
  • Bechamel Cheese Sauce
  • When is sauce is ready at the endpoint, you have a choice if you want to make it more cheese and creamy for more taste. To turn your white sauce into the cheese sauce, stir in ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking, along with a pinch of cayenne pepper. This step is completely optional.
