Beef achar gosht is a south Asian dish. It has a kick of flavors that make it distinguish from ordinary simple beef curry. Pickle is named as achar in urdu and the dish is named as achar gosht because it contains pickle spices and is rich with its flavors. Beef achar gosht is prepared on special occasions to enjoy with family and friends. Prepared Achar gosht is dished out and garnished with thin sliced ginger and chopped fresh coriander and is served with fresh nan or tandoori roti

    Achar Gosht Masala Preparation
  • Take all the ingredients of achar gosht masala in a grinding jar and make its powder and use it during achar gosht preparation.
  • Masala filled green chilies
  • Take two table spoon of achar gosht masala and add one tbsp of lemon juice in it and make its paste.
  • Take 5-6 green chilies deseed them and fill these chilies with this prepared paste.
  • Achar Gosht preparation:
  • Add sliced onions in it and fry until they become transparent.
  • Then add half kg beef and mix
  • Add 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes .
  • Then add 3tbsp of prepared achar gosht masala 1 tbsp of red chili powder and one tbsp of salt in it.
  • Then add one bowl of yogurt in it and mix well and cook for two minutes. Then add one cup of tomato puree in it and mix well.
  • Add one glass on water in it cover it and cook on medium flame until meat become tender.
  • Then add masala filled green chilies on top , cover and cook for five more minutes on low flame.
  • Dish out achar gosht and garnish it with thin sliced ginger and chopped green coriander.
  • It is ready to be served.
