  • In a pot take water and add beef to it. Then add ginger, garlic, and the other spices of broth and let it boil first. Then turn the flame to low and let it simmer for 1 hour until the beef becomes tender.
  • Take oil in another pan add sliced onions to it and fry them until lightly golden. Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato, green chilies, salt, and red chili powder and cook well. Then add beef which you used to make broth. Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes as the beef is already well cooked.
  • Add 6 Cups of broth for 3 cups of rice. Then add rice and cook like other rice until rice is cooked fully and the water completely dries out.
  • Dish out the .rice.
  • Rice is ready to served with raita and salad
