Butter cake and Almond Biscuits can easily be made at home by this simple and easy method. Once you made it you can put slices of pineapple or strawberry and any other fruit you like.

- FOR ICING INGREDIENTS:

- Grease the baking tin with cooking oil and dust with plain flour and put aside.
- Sift the plain flour (400 gms) and baking powder (2 tsp) for 3 times together in the mixing bowl.
- Beat butter (100 gms) with sugar very well till fluffy.
- Now add eggs (4) one by one with one by one tablespoon of the dry mixture with a wooden spoon softly.
- Add vanilla essence ( 4 drops) and yellow food color during the mixing process.
- Add the milk (2 tbsp) in the mixture softly.
- Now add the ready mixture in the baking tin and bake at 250˚ for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. METHOD FOR ICING:
- Beat the butter (300 gms) with sugar till fluffy. put the fluffy icing in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to become cool.
- Now cut the cake into two slices and soak the first lyre with hot milk to become tender and rest it for 10 mins to cool.
- Repeat the same process with the second slice.
- Spread the icing on the first layer.
- Put the other slice on it.
- After the rest of 5 minutes spread icing on the top of the cake with the spatula.
- Now in the last cover all around the cake with icing butter neatly.
- Now the Butter cake is ready to serve.
