  • In a bowl take chicken mince, corn flour, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dried pomegranate seeds, ginger garlic paste, maize flour, crushed red chili, salt to taste, whole spice powder, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomatoes, chopped mint leaves, fresh coriander, and one egg.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Set it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Then make 10-12 kababs.
  • Take oil in a frying pan, heat oil then fry kababs until they are fully cooked.
