  • In a mixing bowl, mix soya sauce, oyster sauce, sesame seeds oil, sugar, corn starch, and chicken broth and set aside.
  • Boil your noodles according to package instructions then drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
  • Heat a large pan add oil into it then add bite size chicken strips. cook until golden. Remove chicken from pan.
  • Then add carrots, cabbage and pressed garlic and sauté for few minutes until veggies are slightly softened.
  • Add chicken and noodles back into the pan, Pour sauce over top and mix them and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add green onions over top and serve hot noodles.
