  • Take one egg in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder, 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of white vinegar, and 2 tbsp of corn flour in an egg and mix well.
  • Add boneless chicken to an egg batter and mix.
  • Fry these boneless chicken cubes and set them aside.
  • Take one tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of garlic paste and fry until light golden.
  • Then add 2 tbsp of soya sauce and 2 tsp of white vinegar in it.
  • Add 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp of chili garlic sauce, and 1 tbsp of sugar. 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of paprika powder, 1/3 tsp of crushed black pepper and capsicum in it.
  • Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame until bubbles form.
  • Then add 1 cup of water in it mix well and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame until bubbles form.
  • Add fried chicken in it, mix and cook for 1 minute.
  • Chicken Manchurian is ready to eat with fried rice.
