- Take chicken in a bowl add red chilli powder, salt, corriander powder, cumin powder, garam masal powder and turmeric in it, mix well.
- Add ginger garlic paste in it and mix.
- Then add one cup of crushed dried onion in it.
- Add 2 cups of yogurt and 1 tsp of corn starch in it and well and marinate chicken.
- In a pan take one cup of oil heat it add bay leaves, black and green cardamom, and black pepper to it and fry for 1 minute.
- Then add marinated chicken in it and mix well on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Cover and cook for 20-25 min on medium flame.
- Add nutmeg, mace, black cumin and green cardamom freshly crushed powder in it.
- Add 1 cup of crushed dry fried onions in it, mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
- Yummy chicken korma is ready to be served with fresh nan and roti.
