  • First of all, take a samosa dough and make the small bolls. Now mix the plain flour with water and make a past for binding the samosas.
  • Spread the first ball on the surface with a rolling pin in a rectangle shape and cut it from the center.
  • Now, these are two parts of one roti in a D shape. Repeat this process with all dough balls.
  • Now it's time to fill the dough with the mixture. Mix all ingredients, boiled potatoes, boiled and shredded chicken, mint and coriander leaves, and all spices mix together in a bowl.
  • Put the potato mixture on roti and fold it into the samosa shape with the help of binding paste.
  • Do ready all the samosas by the same process. Now all samosas are ready to fry.
  • Now fry the samosas in hot cooking oil, to become golden on medium heat.
