The ingredients of the garlic cheese bread are versatile. You can choose any kind of bread like white bread, brown bread, or wheat bread. You can use cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, or a combination of both kinds of cheese.

You can use any type of bread like white bread, brown bread etc
Cheese:
You can use any type of cheese like cheddar, mozzarella, or a mixture of both these cheeses.
Garlic cloves:
Grated garlic cloves or a paste of garlic is added to salted butter.
Butter:
It is better to use salted butter, if you have unsalted butter then you can add salt to it and it is at room temperature before using.
Herbs:
Herbs like oregano, thyme, red chili flakes, and black pepper are used. These are totally your choice which herbs you want to add or which you want to skip.

- Take butter at room temperature and mix garlic paste in butter. If you have unsalted butter then add salt into it.
- Take 4-6 loafs of bread. Apply this butter mixture over the top of bread.
- Take 100g of cheese (mozraella/chedder) grate it. Then add topping of cheese over the bread.
- Then sprinkle herbs and spices of your choice like oregano, thyme, red chili flakes, black pepper, olives.
- Put these loafs in baking tray and bake for 5-6min at 200 degree C. Sides of the bread becomes crispy. Do not over cook the bread other wise fat separates from cheese and it becomes rubber like.
