  • Take 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a bowl, add 2 tbsp of milk, and 2 tbsp of lemon juice in it. Mix well and place it aside.

  • Take cube-shaped cut vegetables (tomato, onion, capsicum, cucumber), and 2 tbsp of boiled corn in a bowl.
  • Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup, and 1 tsp of peri-peri sauce in it.
  • Then add 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder and a pinch of salt and mix well.
  • Chicken filling preparation
  • Place a pan on flame. Add 2 tbsp of oil in it.
  • Then add 350g of chicken in it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 tbsp of ginger paste and 1 tsp of salt in it and mix well.
  • Add 1 tsp of crushed red chili, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of dried oregano, and 2 tbsp of peri peri sauce and mix well and then remove rom flame.

  • Take a bread slice and cut its sides. apply sour cream to it and add chicken to it, and then add cheddar cheese topping over it.
  • Place bread over it and add vegetable mixture over it and cover it with 3rd bread slice.
  • Brush both sides with oil.
  • Put it on the grill.
  • The grilled sandwich is ready to serve.
