  • Take all-purpose flour in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tsp salt in it and mix well.
  • Add water according to need to make a dough.
  • Then divide the dough into small equal portions.
  • Flat each portion with balan.
  • Grease each flat dough with ghee.
  • Dust all-purpose flour over all portions.
  • Then stack them over one another and made them thinner with balan.
  • Heat them over non-stick tawa on medium flame from both sides for 30secs.
  • Remove from tawa and separate each sheet.
  • Cut these sheets for samosa and roll purpose.
