Raw mangoes: It is the base ingredient of this chutney.
Mint leaves: Mint have a cool and refreshing effect. It is good to use mint items in summer. It beats the heat.
Coriander leaves: It is good for the digestive track.
Garlic cloves: It enhances the taste of each chutney. Garlic is good for digestion a swell.
Green chilies: You can also add crushed red chili in place of green chilies but as the name indicates it is a green chutney so we prefer to add green chilies.
Salt: According to taste
You can store this chutney in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can also add roasted cumin seeds and crushed red chili to it.

- Take 2 raw mangoes peel them and cut into small cubes.
- Add these cubes into mixing grinder, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, green chilies and salt according to taste and 3 tbsp of water.
- Make a paste a raw mango chutney is ready to be served with seekh kabab, bbq items.
