How to make Imli chutney (Meethi imli chutney)?

In a frying pan add tamarind pulp and sugar and mix well. Then add dried ginger powder, crushed red chili, red chili powder, salt, and fennel seeds mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Meethi chutney of imli is ready.

How to make green chutney?

In a grinder, add 4 green chilies, handful of fresh mint leaves, a handful of fresh coriander, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, and salt, and grind well.

  • Take one cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of oil in it, and mix well.
  • Take the required amount of water and make dough.
  • Divide the dough in three equal parts.
  • Take one portion of dough and roll out with rolling pin and then prick with knife.
  • On an inverted small bowl, place rolled dough and press the edges and cut with the help of the knife.
  • In a wok, heat oil and fry katori wrapped with dough until golden & crispy and remove the small bowl with the help of the tong.

  • In a fried katori add boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, meethi chutney, green chutney, whisked yogurt, sec, crushed red chili, black salt and chat masala.
