Milk:
Milk is a main ingredient of labe Shireen. it is the base of this sweet dessert.
Custard:
Custard powder is mixed in milk to give it a taste and thick texture.
Jelly:
Green, red, and orange jelly is used while making labe shireen.
Color vermicelli:
Color vermicelli is first boiled then it is used in making dessert.
Vanilla ice cream:
Ice cream is added in the custard when it comes to room temperature.
Cream:
Chilled cream is added in it after ice cream
Fruit cocktail:
Wash the fruit cocktail with plain water to remove all its syrup.
Nuts:
Nuts are mixed in dessert and also garnish the dessert with crushed nuts.

- In a wok add milk and sugar, mix well, and then let it boil.
- take custard powder in a bowl add milk and mix well.
- In a wok add the custard mixture, in boiling milk and cook until mixture thickens (3 minutes)
- Take ice cubes in a large bowl and then place the wok over the ice cubes to let the custard cool while mixing so no lumps form.
- Add chilled cream, ice cream, and nuts and mix.
- Add boiled vermicelli and mix. Then add red and green jelly cubes and mix well.
- Transfer the prepared custard in a bowl and garnish it with chopped dry fruits.
- Rest for 2 hours in the fridge and then it is ready to be served.
