- Put a karahi on medium flame, add oil (1 cup) to it.
- Add mutton mince ( 1/2 kg) and cook it for 3 to 4-minute with oil add onion (1/2 kg) and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add salt (1 tsp), red chili powder (1-1/2 tsp), cumin, powder( 1//2tsp) ginger ( 3 tbs), and green chili chopped ( 6,7) and cook it.
- When the oil comes up the surface and the mince become tender it is ready to eat.
