  • Take one cup of lukewarm water in a bowl add 2 tsp of sugar to it and mix. then add 3 tsp of instant yeast and rest it for 10 minutes to let it rise.
  • Take 1 kg of all-purpose in a bowl add 2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of baking powder, 3 tsp tbsp of dry milk powder, and 3 tbsp of oil in it, and mix well.
  • Add yeast water in it and mix.
  • Add 2 cups of lukewarm milk in it and mix.
  • Knead the mixture until the dough becomes nonsticky.
  • Apply oil with the brush in a bowl and put the dough in it. brush oil over the dough so it doesn't get dry.
  • Cover and rest for an hour until it becomes double in size.
  • Chicken mixture preparation
  • Add 3 tbsp of oil to a pan.
  • Add chopped green chili, ginger, and garlic in oil and saute for a minute.
  • Then add chopped onion in it and fry until becomes transparent.
  • Add one kg of boiled crushed chicken in it and mix well.
  • Add 1 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1/2 tsp Chinese salt, 1.5 tsp white pepper,1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp soya sauce, and 1 tsp chili sauce and mix well.
