  • Take one kg of boneless fish in a bowl add 1/2 cup of vinegar and 2 tsp salt mix and then sit for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes wash it with plain water.

  • Take one kg of boneless fish in a bowl, add salt, turmeric, red chili, and two tbsp of lemon juice and marinate well.
  • Take 8 tbsp of oil in a pan and shallow fry fish pieces until golden from both sides.

  • Use the same oil which lefts after frying. and heat it.
  • Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, and 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds in hot oil and fry for 40 seconds.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion in it. combine well and cook for a few minutes.
  • Then add tomato puree in it and cook evenly add water according to requirement.
  • Add fried fish pieces in it and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
  • Dish out fish curry which is ready to be served.
