  • Take oil in a wok and let it warm.
  • Add chicken to it and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then add all spices.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, chili paste and yogurt in it and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low flame.
  • After 10 minutes mix again add filled green chilies and cover again.
  • Cook for 10-15 more minutes.
  • Easy and jhatpat chicken achar gosht is ready to be served.
