  • Take 250 g of boneless chicken in a bowl and cut it into small cubes.
  • Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, sugar, soya sauce, and vinegar in it, and marinate for one hour.
  • Take 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook chicken in it.

  • Then take 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and sauce cube-shaped bell pepper, tomato, and onion and saute it.
  • Take them out and keep them aside.
  • In the same pan take 1 tbsp of oil add 1 tbsp of garlic and fry it.
  • Then add 1 cup of tomato paste, 1 tbsp of chili garlic paste, and 4 tbsp of ketchup.
  • Add vinegar, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, and sugar to it.
  • Then add 1/2 cup of water in it and mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp of water in 1 tsp of corn flour and mix, Then add this mixture to the sauce and cook until bubbles form.
  • Add cooked chicken in it and saute vegetables and mix well and turn off the flame.
  • Chicken shashlik is ready to be served.
