- Take chicken in a bowl add 1 tbsp of lemon juice in it, salt, red chili powder, crushed cumin, garam masala powder, yogurt, and oil in it and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Take oil in a pan and shallow fry chicken in it.
- Take oil in a pan add onion to it and fry until lightly golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and cook for 6-7 minutes.
- Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and dried crushed leaves of fenugreek and cook for 2 minutes.
