  • Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan then add 2 tbsp of chopped garlic and one chopped onion to it and saute them. Then add 300g boneless chicken and cook until white. Cover the pan and cook for 6-8 more minutes on medium-low flame.
  • Then add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, and oregano and mix well.
  • Add 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum and 1/2 cup of tomato puree. mix well and cook for a few minutes until the water of the puree dries out.
  • White sauce preparartion
  • Add 2 tbsp of butter in a pan melt it then add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour. mix well then add 1 cup of whole milk and mix well. when it thickens slightly then add salt and white pepper to it. Mix them and then add cheese. mix cheese and remove from flame when the cheese melts and combines well.
  • Assembling of lasagnia
  • Take a flat surface bowl and apply white sauce on its bottom. Then place three boiled lasagna sheets over it then spread the chicken mixture over it again apply white sauce and spread a handful of grated cheese over it. Then again layer 3 sheets over it. spread chicken mixture over sheets. spread white sauce over the chicken and then spread a handful of mozzarella cheese over it. sprinkle chili flakes and oregano over it.
  • Bake for 25 min in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley over freshly baked lasagna.
