Tips for Best Momos
Dough:
Dough should be firm. it should not be sticky otherwise it would be hard to give them shape.
Stuffing:
Chicken, mutton, and vegetable stuffing are filled in momos. you can also add paneer or cheese in momos stuffing.
Proper steaming:
keep momos at an adequate distance from each other in a steamer otherwise they stick with each other.
Completely cooked:
Momos becomes transparent when fully cooked and the dough is no more sticky upon touch.

Chili sauce preparartion
- Cut green chilies and soak them in water for 2 hours then remove them from the water and soak them in vinegar for two hours. Then put all the ingredients of sauce in a mixi and grind them to form a smooth paste. Momos preparation
- In a bowl add all the ingredients of the chicken filling, mix, and keep aside.
- Take flour, baking sode and salt in a bowl and knead into a firm dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough into 4-5 inches rounds.
- place chicken filling in the center, and twist the round to seal the edges of the dough.
- Steam in a steamer and serve hot with chili sauce.
