How to make this recipe of shahi tukray authentic?
Dry bread:
Air dry or pan dry slices of bread before frying them so they absorb less ghee.
Fry in ghee not in oil:
Use ghee to fry bread because it gives them a more delicious taste.
Condense Milk:
Cook milk on low flame until it thickens, and reduces to half.

Ingredients

Instructions
- First, take bread slices and air dry them for 4 to 5 hours. you can also dry them by toasting them on pan. You should not use moist bread for making bread tukra because it absorbs a lot of ghee. For Making Rabdi
- Pour milk into a pan and let it boil. take peeled almonds in a grinder add 2 tbsp of milk , 1 pinch of saffron and 1/2 tsp od cardamom powder it in and make its smooth paste.
- Add this paste into boiling water and cook it until milk thickens. Making sugar syrup
- Mix sugar in water and let it boil.
- Cut the edges of the bread and then fry these bread slices in ghee and then dip them in sugar syrup. Making shahi tukda
- Immerse all the bread pieces in sugar syrup and then place them in a serving dish.
- Pour condensed milk over these bread slices.
- Garnish them with pistachios.
- Place it in fridge for 4-5 hours and then enjoy it.
