- Add Chicken (28 pc), Soya Sauce (7 tbsp), Vinegar (6 tbsp), Salt (3 tsp), Red chili powder (3 tsp), Allspice powder (3 tsp) and Balck pepper ( 1tsp) in the karahi and put it on the high flame.
- Now cook it quickly without oil and without water.

- Now check it if it is completely soft.
- It is ready for frying.
- Put the karahi on a side. METHOD FOR COATING AND FRYING:
- Mix all dry ingredients like plain flour (1cup) corn flour(1/2cup) baking powder (1/2) pinch, salt (1/2 tsp) and black pepper (1/2) tsp in a bowl.
- Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
- Put bread crumbs in a plate.

- Complete the coating of all pieces and start frying.
- Put a karahi on the medium flame and add the oil for frying.
- After 3 to 4 mins, to oil become hot.
- Now add the chicken pieces in hot oil one by one.
- Fry 2 to 3 pieces at a time.
- Fry first side till golden then turns the other side for 1 minute.
- Now shift the golden chicken pieces in a beautiful serving plate.
