  • Take 1 and ½ cup of water in a bowl.
  • Add ½ cup of white vinegar in it.
  • Add ½ tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste in it.
  • Soak fish in it for twenty minutes.
  • Marination preparation
  • Take an egg in a bowl add all the other marination ingredients in it mix it well and make a batter.
  • Take out soaked fish and pat dry it with a kitchen towel.
  • Marinate fish in it and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
  • Put 3-4 tbsp of oil on the frying tawa then put marinated fish on tawa.
  • Cover and cook for a few minutes until it's done.
  • Dish out.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and chat masala over it.
  • Serve it with tamarind chutney.
  • Tamarind chutney preparation:
  • Add 1 cup of tamarind pulp in a cooking pan.
  • • Cook it until it boils
  • Then add ½ cup of jaggery powder in it mix it well
  • Then add 1 tbsp of crushed red chili, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin powder, and 1 tsp ginger powder mix it well, and cook for two minutes.
  • Pour this sauce into a serving bowl.
  • Serve tawa fish with this imli sauce.
