  • Take well ripened tomatoes and wash them.
  • Cover and boil for 3 minutes till the skin of tomatoes starts to separate.
  • Cool down the tomatoes completely and then transfer to blender.
  • Make tomato puree without adding water.
  • Using sieve, separate the seeds and skin of tomatoes from tomato puree.
  • Further stir and mix well.
  • Stir occasionally to prevent from burning.
  • Further continue to boil for 10 more minutes
  • Then add chili powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and mix well.
  • Then add vinegar it acts as a preservative.
  • Mix well and check seasoning.
  • Finally transfer to air tight jar after complete cooling.
