  • Take chicken in a bowl.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, crushed black pepper, salt, and all spice powder and mix it well.
  • Keep chicken aside for 30 minutes.
  • Take a frying pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil to it and heat it.
  • Then add marinated chicken in it and cook until the chicken become tender.
  • Then add 2 tomatoes slice, 1 onion slice, and 1 cup of olives, and mix it well.
  • Cook until the gravy is dried out.
  • Dish out in a serving dish.
  • Garnish with ½ bunch of chopped coriander.
